What are the steps necessary to become a Consultant?
Any individual wishing to become a SUZANNE Consultant must submit a completed SUZANNE Consultant Agreement, and purchase a Business Kit. All agreements submitted online will be processed immediately and the new Consultant will be given a SUZANNE Consultant ID Number which will enable them to access www.suzanne24.com within 24 hours and begin doing business.

Consultant Agreements can be submitted online or via fax. Note: a new Consultant will need an active e-mail address. All faxed agreements will be processed within five business days of receipt and Consultants will be advised of their ID Number via email.


When will my Business Kit be shipped to me?

Business Kits ship within 48 hours of receipt of the order.


How much money can I make selling SUZANNE?

Flexibility and earning potential are set by you. You decide! As a SUZANNE consultant, you retain up to 40% of retail guest sales. Specifically, your commissions would be as follows:

• Beauty: 40%
• Jewelry and Fashion: 35%
• Food: 25%

Why is the commission 25% on Food?

Because SUZANNE Gourmet Foods are made with the finest ingredients, our product costs tend to be higher. Realizing that there is a ceiling that one is willing to pay for a food product, we have had to reduce commissions as well as corporate profit margins in this category. Food is typically lower in margin, as an industry standard; rest assured, however, that the 25% commission on foods is in line with the other leading food party plans.

How much money can I make by building a team?

In addition to personal sales bonuses, SUZANNE offers a fabulous group sales commission structure that allows a consultant to earn up to 15% commission on group sales! SUZANNE will allow leaders to earn commissions on five levels of group sales (down-line).  As your SUZANNE Business grows you will qualify for (cash) business and car allowances, along with the opportunity to participate in an executive bonus.

Is there a minimum sales requirement for Consultants?
We do not have monthly or quarterly sales requirements. However, in order for a consultant to be paid as their title and to be on the Consultant Locator, they will have to meet a certain monthly personal and team retail sales requirement.  If a consultant would like to be placed on the Consultant Locator, they must maintain a minimum of $100 a month.

If I have people to add to my team, what do I do now?

Once you have registered, you will be given a SUZANNE Consultant ID #. Please have your new recruit enter your Consultant ID # as their sponsor when they register. 

What types of products are available?

As the SUZANNE party plan grows our product offering will be exclusive to you.

How much is the annual renewal fee to be a consultant?  

The automatic annual renewal fee is $39.95.  This fee includes the cost of your personal website for the entire year (a $120 value).

What is the advantage to becoming a consultant if they can order products direct through suzanne.com and television?

When a new customer enters our website, we always provide them the opportunity to work directly with a SUZANNE Consultant. Our web site features three ways to find the Consultant nearest them by simply clicking on one of the three links below:

Please recognize, however, that Suzanne has loyal customers who have used her products for years and because this is a new channel, we may not have a Consultant geographically convenient to them. Therefore, we will continue to take orders directly from customers but will provide a program whereby the bonus monies earned will be allocated to our SUZANNE Leaders at Director Level and above.

After the initial purchase of the kits, will there be new products which we will have to purchase or will we be given samples, catalogs, etc?  In other words, what will the future kits or purchases cost the consultants?  

Each Business Kit includes the catalogs, products and business materials necessary to start your business. SUZANNE will provide many business support materials on the SUZANNE Consultant site that you can download and print. Consultants can choose to purchase sales-aids and additional products through SUZANNE at any time.

You can also earn SUZANNE Mad Money to purchase additional support materials and products.

I would prefer to sell products online versus in-home parties, could this work?  

With the purchase of a SUZANNE Business Kit, you will be provided with a free personal website for an entire year (A $120 Value) You can use this website as your online store and will be able to take orders and sell products across the country. And the best part is that you will earn commission each time a purchase is made on your website.  

How will the shipping fees work?  

Most people prefer to have their party orders shipped to their hostess. SUZANNE also offers direct shipping to a customer's home. Our shipping fees are consistent with other party plans. Your customer will be responsible for paying shipping fees on their order. 

Do you offer a host program? 

SUZANNE offers 12 special packages at heavily discounted prices that are exclusively available for host purchase. The higher the party sales, the more specials they can order. These packages include food, beauty, jewelry and accessories at unbeatable prices.  Currently, as an extended host promotion, going on now through May 31, 2008, we are offering additional host rewards that include half priced items and host credits. The higher the party sales, the more specials, half priced items and credits they can use. 

How soon will I be ready to host parties after I receive my kit?  

Upon receiving the SUZANNE Business Kit of your choice, you may start hosting parties immediately. Of course, we recommend watching the Training DVD and reading the Consultant Manual so you're well prepared for your first party. How quickly do I receive my commission after submitting an order?  

Because you are able to retain the the difference between the retail price your customer pays and the wholesale price you pay, your "commission" is instantly earned when your customer pays you in cash or by check for his or her order. However, if your customer pays by credit card, SUZANNE will deposit your commission into your bank account within two weeks of order completion. Commissions are always paid on Thursday for orders placed the previous week.
